SHREVEPORT, LA - Services for Alvena Electa Condit will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 9, 2017 at Trinity Heights Baptist Church, with Rev. Collin Wimberly officiating. Interment will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2017at Nolley Memorial Methodist Cemetery in Jena, LA. Alvena was born November 24, 1922 in Jerome, AZ to Orville and Helen Peck. She died October 3, 2017 in Bossier City, LA. She was a member of Trinity Heights Baptist Church and the Audubon Society. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph I. Condit and her parents. Alvena is survived by her son, Larry R. Condit; daughter, Jeanette E. White and husband, Leland all of Shreveport, LA; grandchildren, Kristin Coble and Richard of Lansing MI, Randall White and Vanessa of Bossier City, LA and great grandchildren, Nicholas Behrens, Alex White and Lee White.
