SHREVEPORT, LA - Funeral services for Annie Long Rance, 84, will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, November 3, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Plain Dealing, LA. Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, prior to the service. Annie was born June 22, 1930 in Ida, LA to Willie F. and Beulah Matthews Long and passed away October 31, 2014 in Shreveport, LA. She belonged to the Church of Christ and was a homemaker. Her husband and parents precede her in death. She is survived by her son, Michael Christy and wife, Wanda of Vivian, LA; daughters, Edith Barge of Blanchard, LA, Lou Ann Sims and husband, John of Greenwood, LA; sister, Cortez "Corkie" Patterson of Chico, CA; eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews.
