Graveside services for Bessie Harper Belk will be held Wednesday, December 23, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. Officiating will be Al Harper. Bessie was born August 9, 1920 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest December 21, 2017 in Arcadia, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira Erwin Belk. She is survived by her stepson, Larry E.
