Benton, LA - Service for Billy Culbertson will be 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Rose-Neath Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Robert Beadle of First Baptist Church of Benton. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Cemetery, Haughton, LA. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Bossier City, LA Billy was born April 11, 1945 in Shreveport, LA to Bill and Lucille Culbertson and passed away December 17, 2018 in Benton. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Benton and a graduate of Louisiana Baptist College in Alexandria, LA, where he earned his Batchelors Degree. Billy retired from AEP/SWEPCO as a construction supervisor. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Glenda Culbertson; parents; sister, Harriet Lewis; and grandson, Wyatt Lewis. Billy is survived by his wife of 31 years, Vonda Culbertson; sons, Tom Lewis and wife, Beth, Brad Hileman; daughter, Amanda Culbertson; sister, Jamie Pastor and husband, Jude; brother, Clint Culbertson; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Honoring Billy as pallbearers will be Gerry Ward, Jason Willis, Paul Willis, Bradley Wimberly, Tim Lewis and Shannon Lewis.
