Billy Jones

Shreveport, LA - Billy Paul Jones age 76, passed away on March 21, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mr. Jones was born to Earl and Evelyn Thomas Jones on June 6, 1943 in Texarkana, Arkansas. After graduating from Hooks High School in Hooks, Texas he joined the U.S. Air Force as a firefighter. He was a Vietnam War Veteran and retired in 2003. He enjoyed fishing and telling tall tales. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years Martha Jones; and parents. He is survived by his children, Terry Jones and wife Sheila, Lisa Jones, and Stacy Jones; grandchildren, Cory Jones fiancé Rachael and Taylor Jones and wife Erika; great-grandchildren, Luca Jones; brother, Neil Jones and wife Carol and extended military family.
