Cardis Lambert, Jr.

On Saturday September 5, 2020 after a lengthy illness, Cardis Lambert Jr., age 85 yrs old of Shreveport, La. was carried to Heaven by the angels to meet our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Cardis Lambert Jr. was born August 24, 1935 in Mt. Herman, La. to Cardis Lambert Sr. and Jessie Lee Shillings Lambert. Mr. Lambert was an arborist and one of the first horticulturalist in the Shreveport area who celebrated over 50 years in business. Mr. Lambert was a Master Mason in the Japa Masonic Lodge #362, Shreveport and as well as a Shriner. He is survived by his wife of 55 yrs Pasty A. Lambert, his children Randy Lambert, Paula Lambert Wilkinson and her husband, Steve Wilkinson, grandchildren Landry Wilkinson, wife Dorothy, Cardis Wilkinson. Niece, Sandra Smith Brumley, Husband Brian Brumley, Niece Pam Smith Cunningham and husband Keith Cunningham. A daughter from a previous marriage, Cynthia Diane Jordan, grandchildren, Josh Jordan, Brittany Jordan and great grandson, Caden. Also his sisters Betty Lambert Morace, husband Sherman Morace, Louise Lambert Beaumont. Brother Curtis Lambert and wife, Sandy along with many nieces and nephews. Mr. Lambert is preceded in death by both his parents as well as his brother Ray Lambert and sister Jeri Lambert Lewis. Services for Cardis Lambert Jr. will be conducted at Rose - Neath South, 2500 Southside Dr. Shreveport, La. and will be officiated by grandson Landry Wilkinson In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Shriners Hospital in the name of Cardis Lambert Jr.
