Arcadia - Funeral services will be held for Carrol (CW) Driskill, age 80, at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. Bro. Charles Penuell will officiate. Interment will follow at Driskill Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 8:00 on Tuesday.
CW was born December 31, 1938, to Herman and Josie May Black Driskill in Quitman, LA. He passed away on February 2, 2019, in Shreveport, LA. CW enjoyed fishing, dirt track racing, but most of all, he loved his grandchildren.
CW is preceded in death by his parents Herman and Josie Driskill, wife Betty Ann McNabb Driskill, brother James Woodard, and sister Nina Eugina.
He is survived by his children Carolyn Olmstead, Walter Driskill, and Carl Driskill, by numerous grandchildren, and by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Randy Bowman, Tommy Pyles, Mark Skaggs, Gary Choate, Ricky Jowers, and Tim Driggers. Honorary pallbearers will be Lawrence Warwick and Curtis Bowman.
