Charlie Ethridge, Jr.

Minden, LA Graveside services for Charlie Ethridge, Jr. will be held Friday, September 13, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana with military honors. Officiating will be Rev. Robert Dandridge. There will be no visitation. Charlie was born October 8, 1924 in Couchwood, Louisiana and entered into rest September 11, 2019 in Minden, Louisiana. He served his country in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ethridge, grandson, Charles White, sisters Mrs. H.H. Brister and Mrs. W. H. Hagan and brothers, Johnny, Curtis, and Melvin Ethridge. He is survived by his daughter, Diane White and husband James of Minden, grandson Britton White and wife, Rachel, great-grandchildren, Gage and Braelyn White and their dog Gus. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Charlie's son-in-law, grandson and his wife, nieces, nephew, and dear friends for their loving care during his illness.
