Deborah Barry

Memorial services for Mrs. Deborah Stelly Barry age 60 will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 7, 2020. in the chapel of Rose-Neath Bossier City, 2201 Airline Drive, Bossier City, LA 71111. Visitation will begin prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Mrs. Barry passed away at home on Monday, August 3, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born June 18, 1960 in Arnaudville, Louisiana. Deborah has been a resident of Bossier City for the past 28 years. She was employed with 'Landowners Abstract and Title' for over 20 years. Together with her husband Gene, they enjoyed flipping houses. She always had a never-ending project going at any time! Deborah loved to cook and bake and made a mean "cowboy cookie". Deborah was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Stelly; brother, Craig Stelly; grandparents, Anges Marks and Dudley Stelly and Ezola Dugas and Jean Augustus Arnaud; step-father, J.D. Higginbotham; and brother-in-law, Paul Romero. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Gene Barry; daughter, Tiffany Nichole Barry; son, Mathew Travis Barry, and wife Meredith; and grand-daughter, Alice Barry; mother, Hilda Higginbotham; sisters, Cindy Romero, Angela Rinehart and husband John, Stephanie Moldovan; and brother, David Higginbotham and wife Carol.
