Funeral services for Donald Williams, 63, will be held at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, Louisiana on Saturday April 27th, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. Burial will immediately follow in Round Grove Cemetery, Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the service will be Dr. Gary Johnson. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath's Marshall St. Chapel. Don was born in Shreveport, Louisiana on January 18, 1956 and passed away on April 18, 2019. He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Williams, Sr.; brother, Clarence Williams, Jr.; sister, Patricia Williams; granddaughter, Sh'Miracle Blackshire and grandparents. Don is survived by his wife and partner of over 40 years, Dorothy Williams; mother, Irma Williams; three daughters, Santana, Kinna and Jacquet; son, Daniel and wife Lucretia; nine grandchildren, JaTavia, Natorious, Jakarrie, Joshua, Tw'Shae, Sh'Kayla, Jabreel, Danielle, Jasmine; four sisters, Viola Henderson and husband Robert, Debra Williams, Sheila Williams, Katherine Williams; two brothers, Leroy Williams and wife Sheila and Jerry Williams and wife Patrice and a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends. Honoring Don as pallbearers will be Gaylen Blackshire, Paul Bolden, Montrell George, Rodney Johnson, Antonio Marshall and Clarence Williams III. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jabreel Blackshire, Natorious Blackshire, Joshua Nash, Leroy Williams, Jerry Williams, Daniel Blackshire and the Employees of Rose-Neath Funeral Homes and Kilpatrick Life Insurance Company.
