Funeral services for Donna Nance Ragan, 70, will be held on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Dr., Shreveport, Louisiana. Burial will follow at Highland Cemetery in Mansfield, Louisiana. A visitation will be held Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Officiating the service will be Reverend Tom Brown. Donna was born on February 9, 1951 to Elmer and Dora Nance in Mansfield, Louisiana and passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 in Shreveport. Donna was a resident of Princeton, Louisiana. She retired after 30 years of being a registered nurse with Willis-Knighton. She loved gardening, going to church and shopping. She enjoyed spending time with her family and her best friend, her only granddaughter, Madalyne. She is preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers. Left to cherish her memory is her son, Denny Schaffer; granddaughter, Madalyne Schaffer; and furbaby, Coco. The family would like thank St. Joseph Hospice and the Carpenter House for all the care, compassion and love shown to Donna during her illness.
