Funeral services for Dorothy Norris Bruce will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, Louisiana. A visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow at Forest Park Cemetery, St. Vincent. Dorothy was born on January 31, 1929 in Plain Dealing, Louisiana to William Norris and Beulah Chaler and passed away Sunday, December 6, 2020 in Keithville, Louisiana. Dorothy dedicated her life to her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Sexton Fason. She is survived by her loving sons, Vernon "Sonny" Aldridge and Thomas Aldridge and grandchildren, Stephanie East, Crystal Comer, Nikki Branch, Misty Geer, Amy Aldridge, Stephanie Aldridge and Tommie Aldridge.
