Frances Norma Horn

Graveside services for Frances Norma Horn, 97, will be held on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at Forest Park West Cemetery, 4000 Meriwether Road, Shreveport, Louisiana. Officiating the ceremony will be Steve Rial. Frances was born on May 6, 1923 in Farrell, Pennsylvania to Nuntio and Anne Yuhas and passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2021 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Frances loved to garden. She loved flowers and was always working in her yard. She enjoyed going to her favorite restaurant, El Chicos. Before retiring, she worked for the Department of Children and Family Services. Frances is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jackson Payne Horn; daughter, Sherry Powell; and sons, Jack Horn and James Horn. Left to cherish her memory are numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and family members.
