Herbert Glen Frizzell

BOSSIER CITY, LA - Services for Herbert Glen Frizzell will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at the Beulah Methodist Church in Marthaville, LA. Officiating will be Pastor Kevin Wheeler of Open Door Bible Church, Bossier City, LA. Interment will follow in the Beulah Methodist Church Cemetery. Herbert was born November 8, 1926 in Cherokee, OK to Herbert Horace Frizzell and Ida Yvonne Wynette Frizzell and died May 18, 2015 in Bossier City, LA. He was a retired petroleum engineer and a veteran of the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Ann Litton Frizzell, parents and his sister, Elizabeth Ann Frizzell Spriggs. Herbert is survived by his sons, Larry Glen Frizzell of Bossier City, LA, William Glen Frizzell of Gonzales, LA; daughter, Katharine Ann Frizzell Ferrer of Lacombe, LA and grandchildren, Paul Ferrer, Kalli Ferrer, Melissa Frizzell Flores, Amanda Frizzell, Lauren Frizzell and Kellie Frizzell. Honoring Herbert as pallbearers will be, Larry Frizzell, Bill Frizzell, Alex Ferrer and Paul Ferrer. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
