Imogine was born on March 18, 1928 in Pine Island, Louisiana to Frank and Fannie McDuff and passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana due to Alzheimer's. Imogine was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, Nana, grandmother, sister and Aunt. The most important things in her life were her relationship with Christ and her family. She served for years as a nursery/Sunday school teacher at Lakeshore Baptist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana and was affectionately known as Mam? maw Ogden. She loved holidays, working in her yard and collecting frogs. She was always the life of the party and made sure everyone knew how loved they were. Imogine was preceded in death by her parents; brothers; sister; and beloved husbands, Ernest Clifton Ogden Sr. and Floyd Pevy. She is survived by her sons, Cliff Ogden and wife, Cathy and Bobby Ogden and wife, Deena; daughter, Jeannie Martin and husband, Randall; nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and numerous friends and family. The family would like to express special thanks to Garden Park Nursing Home and St. Joseph's Hospice for their excellent care of our mother, Nana, grandmother and being there for us during our time of need. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America, alzfdn.org, and The Hub: Urban Ministries, thehubministry.com.
