Arcadia - Funeral services will be held for Jacqueline Marie Cook, age 72, at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Arcadia. Bro. Jeff Hoffman will officiate. Interment will follow at Hurricane Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday at First Baptist Church of Arcadia.
Jackie was born in Baton Rouge, LA, to Onis and Jane White Fulks. She passed away on Monday, in Arcadia, LA. Jackie was a member of First Baptist Church of Arcadia. She worked as the manager of the drive through at First National Bank of Arcadia.
Jackie is preceded in death by her father Onis Fulks, son-in-law Jon Spurlock, grandson Jeremy Watkins, father and mother-in-law Lee Roy and Rachel Cook.
She is survived by her husband Billy Roy Cook, mother Jane Fulks, daughters Cindy Watkins and husband Keith, Janet Spurlock and Stacey Hollenshead, stepchildren Ralene Davis and husband Rex, Nikki Cook and Ryan Cook and wife Ellen, sisters Vickie Hall, Chris Smith and Lisa Vito, by grandchildren Justin Watkins and wife Abbey, Michaela Howell and husband Chad, Kerri Shackleford, Emelie Pruitt and husband Joshua, Kathryn Harmanson and husband David, Holden Holland, Darby Davis, Finley McKinney, Heath Cook, and William "Yummy" Cook, by 12 ½ great-grandchildren and by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Pruitt, David Harmanson ,David East, Ryan Cook, Rodney Cook and Rex Davis.
