Jerry McFarland
Funeral services for Jerry McFarland will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Eastside Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny McDaniel officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Jerry was born November 21, 1932 in Shreveport, Louisiana and entered into rest February 24, 2019 in Minden, Louisiana. He served his country in the United States Marine Corp.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Fred and Erma McFarland and granddaughter, Hannah McFarland.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn McFarland, sons; Tommy McFarland and wife Joni, Joseph McFarland and wife Kathy, Cliff McFarland and wife Kim and Joshua McFarland all of Minden, daughters; Becca Bounds and husband Ron of South Fork, Colorado and Jennifer McFarland of Minden, brothers; Jim McFarland of Sacramento, California, Joe McFarland of Austin, Texas and Jeff McFarland of Arkansas, thirteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
