Jo Ann Kimbrell

SHREVEPORT, LA- Funeral services celebrating the life of Jo Ann Kimbrell, 74, will be held at 12 noon Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Dr. Mike Hawkins, assisted by Rev. Matt McCann. Interment will follow in Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 25, 2014 at the funeral home. Jo Ann was born on November 29, 1939 and passed away on July 24, 2014. She was a life-long resident of Shreveport and a homemaker. She was a member of Woodridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lydia Emma Tabor Berry; father, Walter Henry Berry; brothers, Roy, Farris and Delta Berry. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Kenneth Allen Kimbrell; sons Bradley Allen Kimbrell and Kenneth Daniel Kimbrell; sisters, Sybil Estelle Mayfield and Nelva Odean Gredell. Pallbearers will be Alton Johnson, Jimmy Shelton, Ray Odom, Roger Rossett, John Kistner and Taylor Kistner.
