Joan Busher

Keithville, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Joan Jones Busher, 87, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 16, 2019, at Rose-Neath Chapel in Mansfield, LA with Reverend Toby Shaw officiating. Burial will follow at Smyrna Cemetery in Grand Cane, LA. The family will receive friends for visitation at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA from 10:00 a.m. till time of service. Joan was born August 29, 1931 in Grand Cane, LA to Richard and Effie Hilburn Jones and entered into rest on February 13, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, B.J. "James" Busher; grandson, Brandon Busher; and sisters, Peggy Harris and Kay Jarratt. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons, Craig Busher and wife, Sharon of Keithville, LA, Kirk Busher of Shreveport, LA; grandchildren, Lyndsey Scofield and husband, Jason, Chelsey Drew, Dylan Busher; and great grandchildren, Jax Scofield, Nixon Scofield, Sloan Scofield, and Axel Drew. Honoring Joan as pallbearers will be Jason Scofield, Dylan Busher, Kevin Bedsole, Jonathan Bedsole, Cody Rich and Albert Lafitte.
