Jonelle Riggs

SHREVEPORT, LA- A graveside service celebrating the life of Jonelle Caston Wilson Riggs will be held on December 30, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Forest Park West, Shreveport, LA. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Graveside will be officiated by grandson Andrew Burns. Jonelle was preceded in death by parents, Hilliard Caston and Rita Farmer; brother, Gordon Caston; sister, Carolyn Moon, great grandson, TZ Blanc III; and special friend, Ed Trippe. Those left to cherish Jonelle's memories are her sons, Robert and Jeff Wilson; daughters, Debbie Blanc and husband, Zdor Blanc Sr., and Connie Wilson Herring; grandchildren, Zdor Blanc Jr., Andrew Burns and wife Kelly; great grandchildren, Tuff Blanc, Amy Burns, Kessa Burns, Riley Burns, Jack Burns; sister, Opal Roberts; sister-in law, Sybil Caston; and extended family, Leslie Smelly, Claire Frazier, Barbara Trippe, and their families. Jonelle Caston Wilson Riggs (84) was born January 1, 1932 and went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 29, 2016. She loved to travel, but even more than traveling, she loved her family. She also loved to be a bell-ringer at Garden Park; to which the family would like to extend a special thanks to her second family, the staff and residents of Garden Park. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Bell-Ringers of Garden Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
