HOMER, LA:A memorial service was held for Kelley Dianne Valentine, 55, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Homer, LA on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. The family received friends at the funeral home starting at noon to 1:00 p.m.
Kelley was born May 26, 1962 in El Dorado, AR to Loyd and Carolyn Sue Farrar Moseley. She entered into rest on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 in Shreveport, LA. Kelley was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and "MiMi." She is loved.
She is survived by her father, Loyd and wife Mary Moseley of Ferris, TX; mother Sue Jones of Dallas, TX; husband, Mitchell Valentine of Homer; a son, J.W. Brookshire and wife Leslie of Shreveport, LA; two step-children, Dustin and Tara; four brothers, Keith Moseley and wife Linda, Wade Moseley and wife Kelli, Gerald Loyd Moseley and wife Cecilia and Lane Moseley; five grandchildren, Bryce, Sam, Hunter, Alyssa and Brooklyn; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers honoring Mrs. Valentine, her family suggests memorials be to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
