Shreveport, LA - A graveside service for Leona Garza Bay will be 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Haughton Cemetery, Haughton, LA. Visitation will be 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City, LA. Leona was born August 21, 1951 in Shreveport, LA and passed away September 23, 2019 in Shreveport, LA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bay; parents, Bobby and Josephine Garza and a son, Rodney Hicks. Leona is survived by her son, AB Hicks and wife, Corana of Waskom, TX ; daughters, Candy Lewis and husband, Melvin of Blanchard, LA, Penny Stroud and husband, Mike of Benton, AR; sisters, Wallace, Delores, Cookie and Bernice; brothers, Bernese and Jimmy; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Honoring Leona as pallbearers will be, Robert, Nick, Wesley, Jonathon, Ryan and Steve.
