Lillian Garrett

Arcadia - Funeral services will be held for Lillian Price Garrett, age 91, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2018, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. Bro. Steven Beard and Bro. Johnnie Adkins will officiate. The interment will follow at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 27, 2018 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Arcadia, LA. Lillian was born October 22, 1926, in El Dorado Arkansas, to Jesse and Eula Jordan Price. She entered peacefully into rest on Thursday, January 25, 2018 in her home, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Lillian was a member of First Baptist Church of Arcadia. Her passions in life were her love of her Lord, teaching, but most of all, her love for her family. Lillian is preceded in death by her husband Clifford Eugene Garrett, Sr., sons Dulane "Tootie" Garrett and Clifford "Bubba" Garrett, Jr., and her sister Vesta Bridges. She is survived by her son Rick Garrett, daughters Peggy Ates and Dianne Whitmore, sister Nelda Beard, brother J.B. Price and wife Tina, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends that she loved dearly. Pallbearers will be Jason Gates, Keith Beard, Chris Wine, Dustin Smith, Isaiah Williams, and Scott McFerren.
