Mansfield, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Marcia Verret, 71, will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at Living Word Church in Mansfield, LA with Reverend Glenn Rogers officiating. Burial will follow at Sloan Cemetery in Mansfield, LA. The family will receive friends at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Mansfield, LA on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 5:00 till 9:00 PM. Marcia was born on November 28, 1945 in Morgan City, LA to Ione Margurite Plessala and entered into rest on March 5, 2017 in Mansfield, LA. Preceding Marcia in death were her parents, Ione and Luther Evans, Sr.; son, Wilton Verret, Jr.; great grandson, Mavryk Lowry; brother, Luther Evans, Jr.; and son-in-law, Thomas Lowry. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Wilton Verret of Mansfield, LA; son, Marc Verret and wife Teresa of Florence, AL; daughters, Elysia Lowry of Mansfield, LA, Jocklynn Keville and husband Bruce of Houston, TX; sister, Dana Womack of Pelican, LA; six grandchildren, and one great grandchild. Those honoring the life of Marcia as pallbearers will be Dustin Lowry, Ian Lowry, Matthew Keville, Jeff Bowen, Bill Deloach, William Sanders, Shane Womack, and Jeremy Evans. Honorary pallbearer will be Adam Verret.
