Nancy King

Shreveport, LA - Nancy King age 82, passed away on January 6, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mrs. King was born to William McCray and Nora Mae Price Blackwell on August 15, 1937 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Mrs. King was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, James M. King; parents; and brother Johnny Blackwell. She is survived by her children, Murf King and wife Jan, Alicia Bullock and husband Michael, Angie Clarke and husband Greg; grandchildren, Courtney Tulbert and husband Brian, Kara Roan and husband Canyon, Ryan Ellson and wife Jordan, Baylee Tiffin and husband Leigh; great grandchildren, Owen Tulbert, Jet Tulbert, Ava Tiffin, Van Tiffin, and Kreed Roan. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 8, 2020, at the Rose-Neath Southside Chapel, 2500 Southside Drive, Shreveport, LA. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 9, 2019 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel. Brother Troy Bayne, Brother Joe Bob Alexander, and Brother Hampton will be officiating the service. Graveside services will follow at Restland Cemetery, 593 Restland Cemetery Rd, Waskom, TX. Honoring Mrs. King as pallbearers will be Roger Johnston, Jeremy Johnston, Brian Tulbert, Jody Blackwell, Leigh Tiffin, Ryan Ellson, Canyon Roan and Steve Alfred. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be the Waskom Volunteer Fire Department.
