Pearl Francis Barnett

Graveside services for Pearl Francis Barnett, 99, will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Evergreen Baptist Church in North Minden, Louisiana at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. A visitation will be held Friday, December 11, 2020 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 2500 Southside Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana. Pearl was born September 27, 1921 in Groves, Louisiana to Judson Veazey and Janie Blackwell Barnett and passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in Shreveport, Louisiana where she was a resident. Pearl lived a full life and enjoyed cooking and flower gardening. She worked in the sales industry as a supervisor for Julie Ann Textiles and held numerous other positions in sales. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carl A. Barnett and two sons, Wayne E. Barnett and Raymond Barnett. She is survived by son, Thomas J. Barnett; grandchildren, Donyea, Allison, Beth and Kathy and four great-grandchildren.
