Peggy Pendergrass

VIVIAN, LA. ~ Mrs. Peggy Pendergrass, age 88 went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 14, 2014 at Vivian Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center after an extended illness. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at First Baptist Church, 311 N. Pine Street, Vivian, LA. Officiating will be Rev. Richard Beeman.

Mrs. Pendergrass was born in Texas on May 20, 1926 to Alton and Sally Smith Wilbanks. She was a homemaker, member of First Baptist Church, Vivian, and had a love for her cats and reading.

Mrs. Pendergrass was preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Sally Smith Wilbanks and husband: Bill Pendergrass. She is survived by her only daughter, Carla Pendergrass of New Orleans, LA.
