  Ralph H. Bernard of Bernice, Louisiana entered into rest March 16, 2016 in Minden, Louisiana. Ralph was born February 17, 1934 in Pioneer, Louisiana. He was a retired Chief Master Sargeant with the United States Air Force after 30 years of service. Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Old Floyd Cemetery in West Carroll Parish. He was preceded in death by his wife Martha Jackson Bernard. He is survived by his daughter Eva Maria Bernard of Hayward, California, stepdaughter Angela Kennedy and husband Bill of Summerfield, Louisiana, stepson Jerry Clements and wife Daphne of Lisbon, sister Ann Huth of Minden, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
