Ray Creasy

Arcadia - Funeral services will be held for Horace Ray Creasy, age 86, at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 2, 2018, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Arcadia. Bro. Jeff Hoffman will officiate. The interment will follow at Hurricane Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Arcadia, LA. Ray was born September 14, 1931, in Forest, VA, to Gillie and Rowena Miear Creasy. He entered into rest on Saturday, January 27, 2018, in Ruston, LA. Ray worked as a supervisor for Southern Natural Gas. He also loved to farm. Ray is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Joyce Moorehead Creasy and 9 siblings. He is survived by his son, Randy Creasy and wife Kathy, grandchildren, Brandy Marie Creasy Haynes & husband Keith and Bernard Ray Creasy and wife Adrien, great-grandchildren, Tanner and Ethan Haynes, and Cameron, Dawson and Alexis Creasy, by brother Kenneth Creasy and by numerous nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Pallbearers will be Tanner Haynes, Ethan Haynes, Ray Creasy, Cameron Creasy, Dawson Creasy and Jason Anderson.
