On Sunday, March 8, 2020, Ms. Ruth Harrison of Mansfield, Louisiana passed away.
Ruth was born on January 11, 1951 in Abilene, Texas to Michael and Floy Mangan.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Floy Elizabeth Marshall Mangan and father, Michael Bartholomew Mangan; brothers and sisters, Marshall Joseph, Jeanette Irene, Michael Everett, William Carle, Leatha Mae, Dicke Dean, and Grifford Wayne.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving significant other of many years, Thurman \"Bobby\" Brickey,Jr.; son, William D. Harrison; daughters, Letitia Aline Johnson Henderson and Denise Ann Johnson Covey; sister, Virginia Elizabeth Mangan Ecker Wyers and her children, Christopher, Donna, and Mary Ecker; grandchildren, Chase Roither, Alison Henderson, Shawn Vineyard, and Mathew Covey; great-grandson, Zane Vineyard; and a host of friends and first cousins from the Marshall and Crouch families.
Ruth was a Texan and lived in and around Dallas most of her life. In her later years she moved to north Louisiana to be near here sister Virginia and family. Ruth\'s sunny disposition most of the time will be missed. She always had a clear memory of people and events that happened during her lifetime. She loved going to casinos to play the slots, and she was an avid pet lover. Her dogs and cats were her babies and she rescued more whenever she could. You always heard birds chirping in the background every time she called with her upbeat question \"What\'cha doin?\"

She will be missed by all her loved ones.
