Minden - Graveside services honoring the life of Sherman Morgan will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 21, 2021, at the Gardens of Memory in Minden, LA. Visitation will be held Monday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. prior to service at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, LA. Sherman was born August 8, 1940, in Sarepta, LA to Leonard and Bertie Morgan. He entered into rest on June 19, 2021, in Bossier City, LA. Sherman was a former Chief of Police in Vivian, LA. Sherman is preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Bertie Morgan, son Thomas Edward Morgan, and brother Paul Morgan. Left to cherish his memory is his wife Carol Morgan, son Danny Morgan and wife Penny, stepdaughter Pam Morgan, sisters JoAnn Gray and husband Walter, Carrie Huddleston, and Juanita Brown, brother Tommy Caldwell, grandchildren Tyler, Kaleb, Nick, Knox, and Christy, great grandchildren Morgan and Madelyn, by several nieces, nephews, and by numerous other loving family and friends.
