Graveside services for Sue Chandler will be held Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Point Chapel Cemetery in Doyline, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. Officiating will be Bro. Jeff Flenniken. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.
Sue was born October 23, 1934 in Homer, Louisiana and entered into rest January 21, 2018 in Doyline, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Anita Hatch, and grandson, Coty Morgan.
Sue is survived by her husband of 65 years, Kenneth Reginald Chandler; son, Kenneth Barry Chandler and wife Angela; daughters, Rhonda Morgan and husband Pee Wee, and Sharon Phillips and husband Jerry; grandchildren, Candy Turner, Shea Gros, Rachel Pepper; great-grandchildren, Cheyenne Rogers, Kayus Gros, Rowen Gros, Dakota Latham, Dusty Latham, and great great-grandchildren, Carlie Rogers, Cassidy Rogers, and Morgan Latham.
Special thanks to Kooter Russell and Charlotte Stricklin for their love and care given to Sue.
Pallbearers will be Kayus Gros, Kris Gros, Jesse Turner, Jerry Phillips, Chris Rogers, and Jim Hatch.
