Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Terry “Dale” Daniels, 61, were held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 8, 2014 in the Rose-Neath Mansfield Chapel with Brother Weldon Sistrunk and Brother Alton Middleton officiating. Interment immediately followed on the grounds of Old Union Cemetery, Mansfield, LA under the direction of Rose-Neath Mansfield Chapel.
The family welcomed guests for visitation Monday, July 7, 2014, during the hours of 5:00 to 9:00 PM at the Rose-Neath Mansfield Chapel.
Mr. Dale was born May 23, 1953, in Mansfield, LA to Bettie Pierce Daniels and the late Robert Forest “Jack” Daniels. He was called home to be with his Heavenly Father July 5, 2014, in Mansfield, LA. Mr. Dale enjoyed fishing, was considered a family man and always enjoyed spending his spare time playing with his grandchildren. He was a truck driver and Dale possessed such a passion for his work. Mr. Dale will be remembered by his family for the loving man he was.
Mr. Dale was preceded in death by his father, Jack Daniels; his in-laws, Carl and Totsie Bissell.
Left to cherish the wonderful memories Mr. Dale leaves behind will be his mother, his beloved wife of 41 years, Judy Lynn Bissell Daniels; one daughter, Stephanie Daniels Smith and husband Christopher; one son, Walter Forest Daniels and wife Mysterie, five grandchildren: Jaylie, Caleb, Kameron and Kayson Smith and Tucker Jack Daniels; five siblings: Cathy Ammons and husband Devon, Debbie Sue Parker, Rene Horton and husband Jim, Robin McCarty and husband Robert and Robert Pierce Daniels; two brothers-in-law: Charles Ray Bissell and wife Donna and J.C. Bissell and wife Wanda along with numerous extended family members and many wonderful friends.
Honoring Mr. Dale as pallbearers will be William Parker, Chase Whitlock, Dakota McCarty, Robert McCarty, Jim Horton, Ronald Norwood, Mike Cowdin and Steven Bissell.
Honorary pallbearers will be Gayle Golden, Don Bates, Jethro (David Eppler) and Edgar Wilson.
