A visitation for Thomas Donald Kelly will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 1815 Marshall St., Shreveport, Louisiana. A private graveside will follow. Thomas was born April 18, 1929 to Minnie Tally Kelly and Andrew Fr. Kelly, Sr. in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2019 in Shreveport. He is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Andra Lynn Kelly and he is survived by his daughters, Dr. Cay Evans and husband, Donald and Patricia Cover and husband, Richard and his two granddaughters, Emily Lynn Cover and Caitlin Ann Cover.
