Verle Hulse

Funeral services for Verle Hulse will be held Friday August 15, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Lakeview United Methodist Church in Minden, Louisiana with Rev. Leon Boggs officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Minden, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 6 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2014 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden. Verle was born June 11, 1926 in Stockton, Kansas and entered into rest August 12, 2014 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He was a WWII veteran in the United States Navy and served in the Pacific Theater. His parents, and wife Marguerette Hulse precede him in death. He is survived by sons Steven Hulse and wife Colleen of Denver, Colorado, Mark Hulse and wife Denise of Houston, Texas. grandchildren Misha Boyne and husband Duke, Angie Van Wyk and husband Trevor, Adam Hulse and wife Lauren, Kristen Hulse, Ashley Caplis and husband Chris, and Eric Hulse, 10 great-grandchildren and numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews. The family wants to express their gratitude to all of her family, friends, and caregivers, with special thanks to Larry and Mona Elkins and Mercedes "Myrt" Fox.
