Vickie Lynn Upchurch

SHREVEPORT, LA -Vickie Lynn Upchurch, 60, of Shreveport, La., died Thursday, March 31, 2016, surrounded by her loved ones. A memorial service for Ms. Upchurch is April 16, 2016, at 3 p.m. at Rose-Neath Southside. Vickie was born in Texarkana, TX on June 6, 1955 to Allen Littleton and Margie Cook. She worked in the food industry as a server for most of her life. She was a caring, kind hearted, and loving lady. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She treasured her family and her dog Jersey; and she enjoyed fishing, gardening, watching soap operas and listening to music. Vickie is preceded in death by her parents Allen Littleton and Margie Cook; and her beloved pet, Sox. She is survived by her daughters, Stephanie Walls and Melissa Walls Anthony of Shreveport, La.; sons, Larry Upchurch of Texarkana, Ar. and Cody Haworth of Shreveport, La.; sister Anita Marsh of Elkhart, TX.; nephew, Todd Marsh of Ennis, TX; brother Wayne Littleton of Fouke, Ar.; grandson Jaxson Anthony, who was the light of her eye; and two grandchildren that she didn\'t get to meet, Briley Jade Haworth and Baby Upchurch. The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Gerardo S. SanPedro and the nurses in the ICU at Willis-Knighton Bossier.
