William E. Buck

William E Buck, 68, of Shreveport passed away on August 6, 2018. Services celebrating his life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018 at Rose-Neath Southside Chapel, 2500 Southside Dr. Shreveport, LA 71118. Inurnment will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Northwest Louisiana Veterans Cemetery, Keithville, LA. William was born on July 6, 1950 in Shreveport to Charlie Hines and Earnestine Buck. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. William worked as a Funeral Director and Embalmer in the Shreveport, Natchitoches, and Alexandria areas. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister, Sandra Kay Buck and brother, John Buck. Left to cherish his memories are his daughter, Nequila Buck; two granddaughters, Kaydence and Karley Fields; sisters, Carol Buck, Roslyn "Tutti" Stewart, Emma Dukes, Cynthia Ford, and Mary "Liz" Sanders; brothers, Robert Buck and wife Doris, Michael Buck, and Terry Hines; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to his daughter Nequila Buck at 6644 Woolworth Rd, Shreveport, LA 71129.
