Willie Stone

Shreveport, LA- Graveside services for Willie Stone, 83, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Forest Park West Cemetery with Brother Bill Kincaid and Brother Tommy Patton officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service at Rose-Neath Southside. Willie was born July 20, 1934 in Vivian, LA to Harmon and Ruby Stone and passed away December 14, 2017 in Shreveport. Willie was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles and Hardy Stone; and sisters, Florine Thompson and Shirley Hess. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 64 years, Madel Stone; son, Bobby Stone, Sr. and fiancé Dawn; grandchildren, Bobby Stone, Jr. and fiancé Vanessa, Michele Hartman and husband Paul; great-grandchildren, Austin, Mykalynd, and Rhyllie; sisters, Sandy Gilbert and husband Keith and Ann Bunch and husband Butch; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Fitzgerald and the staff of Willis-Knighton South.
