Abram L. Smith

Knitted together perfectly in his mothers' womb, Abram Lucas Smith was gifted to his Mama and Daddy on March 13, 2017. On December 3, 2019 Abram's eyes closed here on Earth but opened in Heaven to the face of Jesus and the first voice Abram heard was Jesus welcoming him home. Funeral services celebrating the life of Abram will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Robeline First Baptist Church with Bro. Brian Ray officiating and interment to follow at Beulah Cemetery in Marthaville, LA. A visitation for "Baby Abe" will begin on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 5:00 PM at Robeline First Baptist Church. Leaving behind a family of loved ones Abram is deeply loved and will be missed by his Mama and Daddy, Luke and Crystal (Meshell) Smith of Robeline, LA along with his brothers, Trey Severance and Bryleigh Smith. He also leaves behind his maternal grandparents, Bryan and Fonda Russell of Florien, LA, Timothy Meshell of Marthaville, LA; paternal grandparents, Janiece and Kenny Adkins of Hagewood, LA, BT Smith of Robeline, LA and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends. Abram loved to be tickled by his daddy. He was a happy boy and had the most precious and contagious smile and laugh. Abram was so tough and strong which led to him being given the nickname, Toyota by his daddy because they are the BEST! Abram is a true testament to the goodness of God, and we are forever grateful that God gave us Abram to love! We as a family have learned so much about life through our little boy in the short time that God gave him to us. Honoring Abram as pallbearers will be Ryan Werner, Cody Smith, Jeremy Wells, and Donnie Parker. Honorary pallbearers will be Trey Severance, Bryleigh Smith, Sean Bass, and Dustin Meshell. We would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Chu, Elizabeth Wall, Dana Williams, and Baylee Ray who were not just caregivers, but family and we are thankful for the way they loved our boy. Also, a special thanks goes out to Willis Knighton South and their staff. Condolences can be made online to the family at www.rose-neath.com. Kilpatrick's Rose-Neath Funeral Home Many Chapel Many, LA
