Allie D. Johnson, 88, of Pleasant Hill, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on August 12, 2022, in Mansfield, Louisiana.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 14, 2022, located at Spring Ridge Baptist Church in Pleasant Hill, Louisiana. Funeral services honoring the life of Allie will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 15, 2022, at the church. Officiating the service will be Bro. Glen Howard. Interment will be held in the church cemetery.

Allie was born on September 12, 1933, in Pleasant, Hill, Louisiana to Allie D. Johnson, Sr., and Ina Cole Johnson.

Preceding Allie were his parents, Allie and Ina Johnson; daughter, Amanda Johnson; brother, Walter Johnson; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Johnson; and son-in-law, Ricky White. He is survived by his wife, Susan Johnson of Pleasant Hill, LA; son, Rusty Johnson of Haughton, LA; daughters, Penny Horne and husband Jeff of Atlanta, LA, Kristi Free and husband Ronnie of Longview, TX, and Jennifer White of Winnfield, LA; along with ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Honoring Allie as pallbearers will be Mark Johnson, Buddy Free, Alvin Bruce, Ronnie Free, Jeff Horne, and Frankie DeSoto. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Glen Ponder, Gene Craig, Walter Johnson, and Wayne Hooper.
