Addie Ruth McChristian DeBlieux Services celebrating the life of Addie Ruth DeBlieux, 67, will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at Pat's Chapel located inside Hathorne Cemetery, Ashland, LA. Officiating will be her close friend Rev. Judith Ann LaRue along with Bro. Butch Rodgers. Interment will follow. Visitation with the family will be an hour prior to the service at the church. Addie Ruth was born on September 25, 1947 in Natchitoches, LA and passed away June 11, 2015, at her home in Natchitoches surrounded by her family. She lived her life to its fullest and loved spending time with her granddaughters. She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Bea McChristian; brothers, Charles Sullivan, Mack Fair, Johnny Sullivan; sister, Marsene Jones; and son-in-law, Shane Willis. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Blake DeBlieux and wife Tiffany; daughter, Leah Willis; granddaughters, Jaycee Willis, Macy DeBlieux, and Meghan Johnston; niece, Billi Sue Scroggins; and nephew, Chance Scroggins. Honoring Addie Ruth as pallbearers will be Chance Scroggins, C.W. Lewis, Clint Duke, Aaron Kerry, Perry Mobley, and Rodney Jacobs. The family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to Legacy Hospice and Janice Methvin for all of their kind and compassionate care to Addie Ruth.
