MINDEN, LA - A graveside service for Alberta Carey Bennett, 84, will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Rose-Neath Cemetery, Bossier City, LA. Visitation with the family will be prior to the graveside, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City, LA. Alberta was born February 6, 1931 to Charles Henry Carey and Ludie Tobitha Daffron Carey in Grimes, OK and passed away February 17, 2015 in Minden, LA. She was a homemaker and mother. She is preceded in death by her husband, J.C. Bennett; her parents and a daughter, Rebecca Ann Reyes. Alberta is survived by sons, Charles Henry Bennett and wife, Debbie, James Michael Bennett and wife, Linda; daughter, Patricia Carol Stuttiville and husband, Darrell; 12 grandchildren; 11great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
