BOSSIER CITY, LA - Funeral services for Alice Fay Harper, 75, will be 10 a.m. on Friday, July 15, 2016 at Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. Officiating will be Sister Aline Carson of Grace Tabernacle, assisted by Bro. David Kile. Interment will follow at Forest Park Cemetery on St. Vincent Ave. in Shreveport, LA. Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Bossier City. Fay was born October 2, 1940 in Shreveport, LA to Arthur Turner and Reatha McDonald Turner and died July 9, 2016 in Bossier City, LA. She retired as a manager from the Section 8 Housing Program. Fay was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard F. Harper; father; mother, Reatha and husband, J.P. "Buddy" Morgan; son, Joey McCoy; sister, Beverly Jasper and brothers, Chuck and Jerrel Turner. Fay is survived by son, Freddy McCoy and wife, Cathy of Bossier City, LA; daughter, Connie McCoy Dukes of Haughton, LA; brother, Jimmie Turner of Shreveport, LA; 10 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
