Allen Scott Huddleston

Allen “Scott” Huddleston, 70, known as “papa” to many, was a beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will leave behind a legacy of love, laughter, and faith.

Scott was born on January 10, 1954, to Waldo and Ethel Huddleston in Shreveport, Louisiana and passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

A skilled mechanic with a heart of gold, he was always there to lend a helping hand, whether to fix something or share a laugh. He loved spending time with his family, from introducing his grandkids to classic movies and shows, to riding the tractor with his great-grandson, creating memories that spanned generations. Scott’s devotion to his family was unwavering, especially when it came to caring for his beloved wife through her illness, standing by her side with endless love and strength. His faith in God was a guiding light in his life, offering strength and inspiring all who knew him. Stubborn in the best way, his deep faith, humor and love will be deeply missed, but he will live on in the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to have been a part of his life.
