Amy Roxanna Ivy

Shreveport, LA - Funeral services for Amy Roxanna Greig Ivy, 52, will be held at 12 noon Monday, March 2, 2015 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Reverend Billy Pierce. Interment will follow on the grounds of Centuries Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the funeral home. Amy was born October 22, 1962 in Lake Charles, LA and passed away February 26, 2015 after a lengthy illness. She was employed as an Insurance Benefits Coordinator before she became ill. She was preceded in death by her mother, Joyce Ann Greig; aunt, Nancy Patrick; uncle, Johnny Terrell; and mother-in-law, Delores Ivy. Left to cherish her beautiful memory is her loving husband, Kevin Ivy; father, Carl Greig; step mother, Sandra Greig, father-in-law, Ken Ivy and wife Patty; aunts Kathy Terrell, Judy Brantley and husband Bob; her beloved dog, Madison; brother, Carl "Bubba" Greig and wife Susan; sisters-in-law, Kayla Fenner and husband Keith, Lesley Hargiss and husband Rocky; nieces and nephews, Courtney Hubbard and husband Justin, Austin Greig, Adam Greig, Kendel Fenner, Jack Fenner, Tori Hargiss, and Alex Hargiss. Honoring Amy as pallbearers will be John Terrell, Keith Fenner, Austin Greig, Lee Terrell, Bill Nichols, and Adam Greig. The family would like to thank all of the medical personnel that cared for Amy over the years. A special thanks to her nurse, Nathan, for making her last hours as comfortable as possible.
