Annaleigh Layne Davis

A funeral service celebrating the life of Annaleigh Layne Davis, will be held at 12:00 p.m. Thursday, January 2, 2025, at Ashland Baptist Church with Bro. Danny Slack officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Weaver Cemetery.

 Annaleigh was born on December 17, 2024, in Shreveport, Louisiana to Cory and Kimberly Davis. She passed in her parents’ arms with her sisters and her grandparents by her side. During her brief visit on earth, she enjoyed hearing her family’s voices and hearing her sisters singing to her.

 Annaleigh was preceded in death by great-grandmother, Ada Ann Barnard and great-grandfather, Mark Wise. 

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Kimberly and Cory Davis; sisters, Ava Danielle Davis and Ada Della Davis; grandparents, Micheal and Danielle Baxter and Jessie and Debra Davis; great-grandmother, Brenda Wise; special uncles and aunts, Samuel and Emilee Baxter, Sawyer Baxter and Sarah Warren, Dillon Baxter and Taylor Neel and Jason and Crystal Briggs, and special cousins, Connor Baxter, Amy Baxter, and Zachary Briggs.
