HOMER, LA: Funeral services will be held for Mrs. Annie Neal Roberts, 73, in the Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Homer on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Herrington, officiating. Interment will follow in Arlington Cemetery of Homer. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 1-3 p.m. Mrs. Roberts was born June 19, 1942 in Homer to Wallace Ruben and Mary Exa Heflin Mason. She entered into rest on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 in Homer. Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her parents; former husband and father to her kids, Bobby Roberts; and a son, David Roberts. She is survived by a son, Scott Roberts of Magnolia, AR; a daughter, Mary Roberts Wren and husband Jamie of Homer; a daughter-in-law, Liesa Moak Roberts of Dixie Inn; a sister, Betty Walker of Minden, LA; 10 grandchildren, J.D. Roberts, Dekota Roberts, Karlie Roberts, Ashley Wren and fiancé Michael Woods, Dallas Wren and fiancé Zach Brewer, Tommi Roberts Barnettet and husband Chet, Luke Roberts, Chelsea Roberts, Rusty Roberts and Kim Roberts; 6 great grandchildren, Madison Roberts, Jacci Wren, Jordan Wren, Payton Wren, Cydnee Barnette and Paislee Barnette; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Pallbearers will be Zach Brewer, Tommy Prince, Rusty Roberts, Michael Woods, Michael Dallas Roberts and Jamie Waganer.
