Audrey Bess Lincoln

Funeral services for Audrey Bess Cotton Lincoln, 84, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 2, 2018 at Rose-Neath Coushatta Chapel with Brother Roger Morton officiating and Brother Howard Hall and Gerald Palmer assisting. Interment will follow in Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery in Martin, LA. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the funeral home. Audrey was born November 20, 1933 in Red River Parish and passed away on January 30, 2018 in Shreveport. Audrey was preceded in death by her parents, John B. and Helen Cotton and three brothers, Jack, Jerry, and Walter Cotton. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 66 years, Osler Lincoln; children, Denise Hicks and husband Tommy, David Lincoln and wife Debbie, and Scott Lincoln and wife Stacy; sisters, Lou Powell and Mary Pettigrew and husband Billy; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Randy Hicks, Jason Whitman, Tim Johnson, Dustin Lincoln, Kalem Lincoln, and Wade Lincoln. Honorary pallbearers will be Earnest Mitchell, Henry Magee, Greg Wilson, and Duayne Glover. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Clarence Teagle and the staff of Willis Knighton Pierremont for their care.
