Mansfield, LA - Funeral services honoring the life of Barbara Love, 86, will be at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 9, 2016 at Union Springs Baptist Church in Converse, LA with Reverend Dick Enterkin officiating. Burial will follow at Union Springs Cemetery in Converse, LA. The family will receive friends at Union Springs Baptist Church, Friday, July 8, 2016 from 5:00 till 9:00 PM. Barbara was born on June 25, 1930 in Fouke, AR to Dudley and Ina Schanfish and passed away on July 6, 2016 in Shreveport, LA. Preceding Barbara in death were her parents, Dudley and Ina Schanfish; husband, Charles Robert "Jiggs" Love; sister, Pauline Schanfish Woodell; brother, W.H. Schanfish; grandsons, Billy Love, and little Bob Procell. Those left behind to cherish her memory are her sons Charles Robert "Buddy Love and wife Linda from Pelican, LA, Danny Glen Love and wife Frances from Stanley, LA; daughters, Beverly Love Booker and husband Warren "Ted" from Stanely, LA, Constance Love Procell from Logansport, LA, Pamela Love Fisher Whitlock and husband Roger from Mansfield, LA, Cathy Love Walters and husband Mike from Joaquin, TX; brothers, Kenneth Neil Schanfish from Texarkana, TX, Lesley Schanfish from Moline, IL, Edward L. Schanfish from Texarkana, AR, and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. Those honoring the life of Barbara Love as pallbearers are Steve Procell, Charles R. "Doly" Love, Jimmy W. Booker, Joshua W. Fisher, Jason Walters, and Cliff Fisher. Those honoring as honorary pallbearers will be Gary Love, Warren E. Booker, Jr, and Richard "Bubba" Walters.
