Fred Wideman will officiate. Betty was born October 27, 1941 in Taylor, Texas and entered into rest April 17, 2020 in Bossier City, Louisiana. She was preceded in death by her parents Carroll and Eva Nell Phillips. She is survived by her husband Mike Kennon, sister, Ida Carol Phillips Sonnier, brother Jerry Wayne Phillips, step daughter Robin Kennon Cox, brother-in-law Edward Kennon, nieces Christina Sonnier Guarino and Jennifer Sonnier, and great nieces Isabella Mia Guarino, Francesco Jolie Guarino, and Gianna Rose Guarino.
